Hotel Kakslauttanen is located in the Saariselkä fell area amidst beautiful Lapland scenery in the vicinity of Urho Kekkonen national Park.

We enjoy excellent connections. Ivalo airport is only half an hour's drive away from us and we arrange transfers from/to the airport. Highway 4 is nearby and all scheduled buses drive right up to the hotel.

Hotel Kakslauttanen offers accommodation in log cabins. We have 25 cabins, ā la carte -restaurant, three meeting rooms for 10-70 persons, a high-standard souvenir shop and a handigraft gallery. We have also two Lapp teepee restaurants, two log saunas and a smoke sauna.

Our restaurant is made of logs and it is a sight in itself. It has seating for 160 customers and is fully licensed. Certain dishes are cooked in the restaurant's open fire place right in front of customer's eyes.
