Snowmobiles will take you through northern Lapland's cape and fell area. These are vast wilderness areas-a snow-covered landscape opens around you. Crisp, but sunny days tum into nights, featuring twinkling stars and perhaps a flaming Aurora 3 crealis, a spectacle no one ever forgets. The trek goes through the beautiful and untouched fell and forest area.
Experienced guides will introduce you to the world of snowmobiling. Driving a snowmobile is simple and can be learned in a matter of minutes. Three nights will be spent in Saariselkä, at Riekonlinna Hotel, and two nights in a wilderness hut.
All equipment, warm clothing and meals are provided. Winterweather is not a problem either as temperatures on the fells are continually 10- 20 °C warmer than in the lowlands.
