THE MUSEUMS OF THE MATTI KOIVURINTA FOUNDATION

On April 3, 1995, two new museums, Aboa Vetus and Ars Nova, were opened in Turku. Aboa Vetus is a piece of Turku and Finnish history from the 14th to the 20th century. Ars Nova is a museum of contemporary art. (Aboa = Turku, vetus = old, ars = art, nova = new).
